For the last video in season 2, Alec shows you the difference between Develop and Edit mode. Alec discusses that in Develop mode you can make non-destructive changes to a RAW or JPEG file, but some of these elements will affect the whole photo. This is where you’d want to use Edit mode. ACDSee’s Photo Studio Ultimate 2019 Edit mode is very similar to Photoshop as it offers layers. You can make changes to specific parts of photos with the Selection tool and make opposite changes to the de-selected parts of the photos.
