VCD & Video - insert metada

    Hi

    I'm wanting to the insert metadata eg captions on each photo on both a VCD , Video & PDF or at very worst least some text .

    Can anybody help !!

    I can only answer for ACDSee Pro where you can use the 'Text Overlay' (allows metadata insert) / ‘Add Text’ (does not allow metadata insert) features of the 'Batch Processor' / 'Editor' respectively.

    I've downloaded a ACSee pro trial & the "text Overlay " works as described , but the process requires the creation of another photo with the text , since I understand it can't be removed once added.

    To streamline the process I'd prefer that it adds the metadata in the during the creation of the VCD or PDF slide show , similar to what it does for auto slie show , contact sheet & auto exec slide shows ??

    I can't understand why it does it for certain slide sho types & not others !!

    The reason being I'm using it for 1000's of old family photo's where I'm wanting to easily create slideshows containing metadata , especially captions for them to provide feedback on it's accuracy etc.
