I've downloaded the ACDSee Pro trial, and I have a lot of the questions, concerns, and problems described in these forums. I'm a liitle confused and concerned that the ADCSee support staff never seems to provide any answers here. Is this the case, or am I wrong? If what I suspect is true, it really doesn't encourage me to shell out $130 for this package. If however, I'm mistaken and just not looking in the proper places, could somebody please steer me in the right direction?
ACDSee Pro
Unanswered questions - do the ADCSee people ever look in here?

Welcome - I think it is the nature of all software that there are some problems which are very hard to answer. Some people with similar setups will have a problem that others don't. Many if not most problems are sorted through this forum and the techies visit regularly. Post them and see what happens.

My personal experience has been that the technical support staff respond very quickly when you log an issue with them via their "Support" Web page. I assume that this type of support is not available until you actually purchase the product, but rest assured that ACDSee's customer service is excellent (in my experience).

Hello to you,
Yes, usually the support feedback is relatively quick (within 2 days). However, the solution shd be one
that is available, in which case the support is o.k.
If the solution is not available (i.e. you are having a technical problem they are unable to either reproduce
or solve at short term, well then solution might take some time...
I am having a problem that they cannot solve for more than half a year now (which was introduced
by the introduction of v.8.1 Pro of ACDSee). Right now we are on the verge of getting v.9 but the bug
was not solved...brgds
