  Can someone please send me an eps containing spot colors generated in the newest Canvas with the update?

  I have been asking to verify if the abilty to separate the spot colors in another application (Quark etc) has been resolved and can't seem to get any answers. This is an old bug going back to version 8!!!

  Just a couple of simple shapes with spot colors and save it as eps with dcs 2.0 option

  I've been using Canvas since version 5 and love it but the July update just will not install.  I've downloaded it 3 different times to insure that the file isn't corrupted and always get the same result.  The install decides that the "...installation source is not available" when the process was started by clicking on the install source.

  What's going on?

  Hi Ics0500,

  I was puzzled by this too.
  You have to be Online during the first installation of Canvas 11.
  The installation procedure seems to connect to the ACD server and downloads the installation file (or a verification).
  That is meant by "source". It should install rather smoothly if and when you are online.
  After that, you will find the insatllation files somewhere in your user folder under "downloaded files".
  Should you ever be in need to re-install, that file will work without being online during the installation routine.
