Renaming a RAW file after developing = slow previews

After developing a RAW file, a preview is generated in [Developed].  But when I rename the RAW file, the preview is not renamed also.  So next time I view it, ACDSee has to regenerate the preview.  Wouldn't so bad if it at least showed me the embedded preview while I wait, but even with Instant Image Preview turned on under Tools->Options->View Mode, that doens't seem to be the case - I get a black screen for several seconds.  And the newly generated preview doesn't get saved, either - it keeps taking several second per view.

Seems someone could probbably find a way to take advantage of this behavior to trik the system into working in soem desired way, but it certainly isn't what I expect or want.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. This is a known issue and currently under development.

Worth noting -- all file operations are not currently hooked up and working correctly.

i.e. Move, Copy, Delete, Rename, etc.

    Regards

    Mark
