When will you add RAW support for the Sony Alpha 350?

I'm interested in RAW support for Sony's Alpha 350 as well.

ACDSee is very slow to prvide RAW support. I have the Sony A700 for the last six months and although, it's listed as supported, It will not "auto rotate" the thumbnails. My last support ticket was in March and they have not responded, or fixed, as yet.

Any news about the "Auto rotate" for the Sony A700? It's has been a Year since I created a ticket...

Hello Ivan,

As a peer to peer forum, the other community members do not have access to the support tickets, only Customer Support. The best thing to do is to respond to the email you have form CS and ask for an update. Another option is to send me a private message with the CS ticket number and I can head upstairs and let them know you are looking for an update.
