    after I INSTALL  THE PROGRAM ACDSEE MANAGER , THE PROGRAM WAS BLOCKED AND I RECEIVED  A MESSAGE UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE DATABASE , WHAT I TO DO FOR OPEN THE PROGRAM
