I have been using ACDSee for over 10 years and this really floors me. I have had a lot of trouble with ACDSee has encountered a problem and will close now but this last is way worse.
The program now refuses to open. Ijust goes to the Encountered a problem scree and then disappears.
I have tried to reinstall but no chane.
Help: I use this every day and can not get the support on the phone. The number is no longer in service.
