Hello, the normal viewer in ACDSee Photo Manager 2009 doesn't have a 'pan lock' option even though the help file says it's in the same place as it was in the 2008 version. It is bothersome because now 'pan lock' is always enabled by default, and without that option it cannot be disabled.
Is this a bug or is it intended?
