I've just updated my online storage to 25 gb today november 6, 2009, just wandering why my expiration or renewal is on june, 2010, while the free storage of 2gb is on november 2011? It should be nov.6, 2010. Please clarify me on this. Thank you so much.

Hello - this is a forum of people like you who use the software. I would suggest you contact support on this question. You are more likely to get an answer.

I went to my email and read carefully the expiration of my online storage, there i found out that it expires on the same day i activated the feature. It is written this way: 06/11/2010. I interpreted it as june 11 2010 how stupid i am.

Just to be clear, for future reference - yes, the online service is part of the software, and as such, it is perfectly appropriate to discuss it here. However, the point is that discussing things here isn't the way to get support - it's just a way to discuss things with fellow members. Sometimes, we fellow members can solve a lot of each other problems. But some problems pretty much require you to contact customer support. And had this not turned out to be a simple confusion in how the date was written (I'd have made the same mistake as you!), this would have been something that probably would have required contacting support.
A bit off-topic, but - if DD/MM/YYYY perhaps the more common way of representing dates in Canada, where ACD is based? I know it is in much of Europe.
