Off center zoom in Editing tools

    Yet another time-wasting bug in an ACDSee editing tool: After I choose an editing tool (Rotate especially) and then hit the plus key repeatedly to zoom in on the center of the image (where the most reliable vertical or horizontal indicators are typically found), the zoom always skews off to the left, making me waste time recentering. I finally realized that the zoom module is assuming that it has the full window to play with, ignoring the tool's control pane taking up the left-hand quarter of the window. I undocked the control pane, dragging it out into the image, and zoom worked better (still slightly inaccurate though). That isn't a perfect solution - the zoom function should be fixed.
