NUANCE PDF

I just purchased ACDSee's offer for Nuance PDF.

I paid for, downloaded and installed the program.  It asked for Licence Code and then it went off to activate.  It kept telling me I had invalid code despite my checking and rechecking.  I actually copy/ pasted into the boxes to save errors.

With no joy in my endeavours I then tried to send them an email but it wanted my credit card details!!!

I finally by chance got somewhere and was able to place a query - not sure where it went, but went it did.

Anyway.  I looked at the program that is operating in trial mode and was far from impressed.  It doesn't match up to how I see it as per the blurb on the web.
I tried adding some distances using the scale input and it did work but only orthagonal - ie no slanting lines only horizontal and vertical.

I am far from satisfied and would like a full refund, but am unsure just how to go about this.

    regards

    Richard

I would suggest contacting ACDSee's support.

Thanks Heidi - how do I do that.

My experience with past ACDSee support hasn't been overly encouraging - not sure how one does that now since this new web site came into existence.
Living from across the globe doesn't help as its difficult to phone anyone - ususally get answering machines that left me dangling on end of phone.

    regards

    thanks Tankred
problem here is there is no specific 'Product' listed.
This would be better if as in this case, ACDSee offers other products then there's a place for that in the dropdown list.  Its not a 'not product related' matter.

I will post there, but maybe you could see if that area could be enhanced.
    regards
