Manage mode / Scrolling with mouse wheel

    With all previous versions of ACDSee that I've used (up to and including v2.5) the mouse scroll wheel scrolls the active pane regardless of where the mouse pointer is.

    I've only just discovered (by accident) that with Pro3 the mouse wheel scrolls whichever pane the mouse pointer is over. This means that it's no longer necesary to first click in the pane I want to scroll in order to activate it. A very useful tweak, IMO.

    I'm sure many other users already know this, so this is just for any who are slow on the uptake, like me.
