If you use the pulldown at the top of the calendar and select Event View, then the latest events are at the top of the list and the oldest at the bottom. That makes sense and ties up with the way you see the thumbnails if you group them by Date.
But if you select Year View, Month View, Day View or Photo Calendar then the oldest are at the top instead.
This seems illogical to me. Perhaps it could be made consistent please?

Make sure you have the option set to "Date Taken", and your newest will be on top of the list in all views.
(Click on the little calendar, next to the drop down menu, to set preferences)

Thank you for your reply, but I have checked that in every case the Date taken is ticked. And what I said before is still true.
The order for Events View is as you would expect - ie latest at the top, but all the other views are in the opposite, illogical order. Doesn't yours do that too?
