ACDSee Photo Manager 2009

License Key is not working

I just purchased ACDSee Photo Manager 2009 from Newegg. Received it today via UPS and went to install...all went well until it asked me for my License Key. The License Key on the sticker inside og the case is invalid. Now what do I do?

The first thing would be to contact your dealer, i.e. Newegg. If that does not help, you should contact customer support:

When you enter the code make sure the zero's and o's are correct. They can look very similar.
