Jeydee - Since you haven't gotten any "official" responses, I will tell you this. Usually a major new release is preceeded with a serious Beta Test - just like the ACDSee Pro 3.0 Beta that just ended. I'm not aware of any Photo Manager Beta testing going on and PM 2009 is reasonably new and a very stable release. You can draw your own conclusion from these facts.
Good luck, Bill

I actually have absolutely no idea about this either, but I would observe a couple of things:
- This is a user forum; direct replies from ACD personnel are pretty rare. If you would like a resposne from them, contact support. Although if there have been no public announcements of any upcoming products, I sort of doubt they'd acknowledge any even if you contacted them directly. But at least they give you an answer, even if it's "we're not at liberty to say".
- They haven't generally done public betas for the non-Pro products. I suspect enough of the code is shared between the applications that the beta testing of the Pro version helps enough in testing the other version.
- PM 2009 is pretty much exactly as old as Pro 2.5; 2.5 was basically Pro 2 with the enhancement made to PM 2099 rolled in. So if they just updated Pro 3, I actually wouldn't be too surprised to see a PM update soon. On the other hand, most of the changes between Pro 2.5 and Pro 3 are the sorts of things I'm not sure if they *would* be planning on incorporating into PM 20xx.
