Michael Tapes, formerly with RawShooter, has released a free utility which (right click in windows) very swiftly extracts the embedded jpeg from raw either as native size or reduced (specify) and places them in appropriately named sub folders within the parent raw folder.
No longer have the need to shoot raw + jpeg when you know you will need quick proofs.
