Impossible to buy Pro 3 upgrade

    I have a registered copy of Pro 2.5 and would like to upgrade to Pro 3.  I log into ACDSee using my email and password to view my account.  My copy of Pro 2.5 is listed along with a discount code for the upgrade.  Fine so far.

    When I go to the online store and select Pro 3, I am presented with a screen like a shopping cart  that lists the $89 upgrade, plus various other items that I don't want, including full price copies of Pro 3.  Each time I log off and return to try again, an additional full price copy of Pro3 is placed in my shopping cart.  I think there are six copies in there now!

    I've been working on this for a week without success.  Customer service says they can't help.  Does anyone know how to buy the upgrade?

    PS:  an online store that it this dysfunctional does not give one much confidence in a company that sells software.

    The online cart has a memory (cookies really) and it will continue to add things.  Look for the little trash can (which is delete) and start clicking on that to remove the items you don't want.  Eventually you should just be left with your upgrade and you can check out.
