    HOW DO YOU OPEN THE DOWN LOADED ACDsee 2009 PHOTO MANAGER. ITS A EFW. FILE AND I HAVE WINDOWS XP AND IT WON'T OPEN THE FILE. I PURCHASED THE PROGRAM FROM ACDSEE ON LINE AND THE CD IS COMING BUT I WANTED TO DOWN LOAD IT TODAY. I HAVE BEEN USING ACDsee SINCE VERSION 7.

    Hello Rickster7,

    it seems like you had caps lock on while writing this message which does not feel very polite to recipients of you message. That might be the case why you often don't receive any answers if you often write like that.

    Anyway if you downloaded an efw file that doesn't sound right for an installationfile. But you could simple download the trial version and use your serial to make a full install with it.

    Next time just place in regular post in the forum because you will receive a reply like this in a shoter time. PM is not necessary for such easy problems.
