Help please / Impossible to buy Pro 3

    Hello,

    since one month now, I'm trying to buy Pro 3, without success and without help from your support.

    I've sent several emails to your support, no reply at all... THANK YOU.

    I'm one of your customer owning Pro 2.5, one of your 3.0 beta-tester...

    My problem is that there is not any coupon code in my account in order to get an upgrade price.

    Is there somebody here who could help me please ???

    have you seen this thread: http://community.acdsee.com/forums/topic/cant-get-coupon-to-upgrade

    They seem to have had the same problem.

    If that doesn't help, Mel will surely have her ways to be of assistance to you!

    following the recommandations included in the link above that you gave me, I've tried to re-register my 2.5 release and have got, as mentionned by others customers, the classical error message "licence number already registered"... yeahhhh....

    How many days I will loose before purchasing your product and do you think I have a chance to get it for Christmas ?

    When you submitted a ticket to support there would have been a number attached to the automated responce. Can you tell me what it was?

    Hi Serge,

    I just got word that the CS Manager has responded but I thought I'd let you know that because you have a French version of 2.5, you will receive your coupon code when the French version launches. Sorry for the confusion.

    My support request below was 1 month ago now, without any help from you so far, thank you.

     

    BTW, I cannot use your software for 3 reasons now :

     

    #1 - I cannot buy the 3.0 release (you oblige me to wait for the French release and its upgrade coupon, while I don’t care about the French release as I repeated several times)

    #2 - the 3.0 release/trial doesn't work (see my support request below) and I don't get any support from you.

    #3 - in these conditions I was obliged to re-install the 3.0 Beta BUT despite of the email you sent to me saying that the beta is ok until the end of November now (vs October so far), the Beta on my pc says systematically "BUY NOW" / END OF TRIAL !

     

    I'm tired with ACDsee, it seems you're doing your best to encourage me in buying Adobe.Lightroom, correct ?

    hello,

    after installing pro 3.0.335, the "manage" and "view" functions work

    normally BUT just clicking on "process" kills/crashes the program.

    This bug appears on my PC with Windows Vista 64 bits while the program works

    correctly on my laptop with Vista 32 bits.
