Footer in fullscreen mode

When viewing pictures in fullscreen mode, you can define the picture information that is displayed in the footer and/or header while browsing through a picture collection.

When I define the EXIF-date (eg) information to be shown in the footer, it only shows the date of the picture which options I used to define the footer in the fullscreen view. That means, it shows only the information of one picture, no matter which one I view in fullscreen mode.

    Can you reproduce this?

Sorry, I own a foreign language version and therefore do not know the English descriptions.

After opening ACDSee, double click on a thumbnail to view it full size. The right click on the picture and select "view" > "full screen". Under "view" you can also configure the footer that is shown in this view and exactly this footer does not change with the pictures while viewing them.

'Tankred' you seem to be correct re 'right-click' / 'View' / 'Edit Header/Footer', you get the Exif ‘<Camera:Date/time>’ property value of the first image only for all subsequent images.

However if you use the same Exif ‘<Camera:Date/time>’ property in an Auto-Slideshow via [Tools] / [Configure Auto Slideshow] - 'Text' tab, the correct value for each image is displayed.

Confirmed. However, I don't really use or like the feature called "Auto-Slideshow". I want to have full and selective control over the amount of time a picture is shown on my screen. As the stories about my pictures differ very significantly in length it is crucial to control this manually. </forums.acdsystems.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Well, as ACDSee once again blamed a hurrican for the down time of the forum today, no error in this application can surprise me anymore... </forums.acdsystems.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

Ok, just uncheck the 'Image Delay (in seconds)' option on the 'Basic' tab of the [Tools] / [Configure Auto Slide Show] menu options. Each image will now display indefinitely when you run the slide show and the ‘Page Up' and ‘Page Down’ keys allow for navigation.

    Hi

I reported this problem which is a known bug, that will not be sorted in the near future unfortunately. However, see the work around in this thread http://forums.acdsystems.com/index.php?showtopic=24&hl=

Thanks Sally and apologies for repeating something that's already been dealt with.
