Filter for all folders

    I have no problems with understanding and using filters (rating, categories) within one folder. But since I have dozens of folders for my fotos, I want a filter that works for ALL of my folders. One filter should show me all filtered fotos of all folders. Does anyone knows what I must do? Thank you!

    Every criterion that is available in the filter is also available in the Organise Pane which brings up results from the entire database.  Selecting multiple critieria in the Organise Pane invokes an AND function.

    Thank you Sam. It works. I found out (maybe everybody knows that already):

    Since entries in categories are more complicated than entries in ratings, I started with rating (Ctrl + number), then I filtered,  selected all, and finally choose my category. Afterwards I cancelled the rating of all the filtered fotos.
