It would be great if there was a way to have the 'constrain cropping proportions' checkbox checked by default. I ALWAYS use it, and it would be just one less flick and click of the mouse that would be helpful... Thank you!

This is a "pro" product and as such, a lot of us use this for processing large numbers of images in a hurry after an event. Saving those extra clicks each time would be a real time saver!

On the other hand, those who seldom use 'constrain cropping proportions' would be annoyed. Maybe the box should appear in whichever state the user last used it, but better would be the ability of the user to change the default in Tools>Options. I just realized there seem to be no options for the Editor - I could probably come up with a substantial list if I had time.

it should be done for all editing features... being able to set a default...
