The Compare Images window offers to display one, two, three or four images, but only in one arrangement each. I’d like to have two, maybe even three images, stacked vertically.

Another improvement:
When I want to compare the same detail in several similar images, I may use Compare Images with the One Image view and zoom in on the first subject. I then PgDn to the next image and the window retains my zoom scale as desired, but arbitrarily displays the upper left corner of the image. The logical starting location (unless you ask the user what he actually wants) is the center, more likely to be where I do want to look. I've wanted this feature to compare panoramic photos.
