When acdsee checks for updates, it says one is available but can´t download it. When I go to help / updates / check for updates, it opens an acdsee in touch screen, but never connects or does anything.
And acdsee crashes when I go to one folder on my hard drive. I want to update to see if the crash problem goes away.
Any suggestions? thanks
