Cant see my NEF images

    I'm new to ASDSes and I cant see my NEF images. I did some reading in the help and knowledge base and when I go to Manage, Tools, Process....the develope botton is greyed out. In manage or view mode i see nothing. any help is greatly appreciated.

    What model of Nikon camera are you using?

    That model is not on the list of supported RAW formats.  Typically ACDSee releases updates to support recently-introduced cameras every few months.  No idea when the next one will be, but it seems they're due, and hopefully that camera will be included.  Check the Cameras and RAW forum to see if there has been any discussion of this, or any requests for sample files you could help with.
