    Hello gybp,

your camera is not yet supported by ACDsee. An update to support your camera is scheduled for next week.

Not yet. One of the worlds biggest fairs for photography is just over for some weeks now. There are many new models and also many users waiting on their raw update. Carefully developing those takes some time.

My suggestions for the meantime is:

    1. You could choose to shoot RAW + Jpeg if your camera supports it. This way you could work with the Jpegs while you wait for the update and delete them later.

    2. Convert to DNG using the free Adobe DNG converter. This way you could even embed your original RAW while being able to work with your files in ACDsee.

    Hello!

I have also problem to open Olympus raw files (Orf) in ACDSee. I use Olympus E3.

I have used ACDSee for about 4 month, and there were noe problems. Suddenly only 50% of the orf-files are possible to open and I have updated ACDSee.

There are no problems to open the raw files in Master 2.0 (from Olympus), Elements 7.0 or Lightroom 2.2.

What's the problem, is it my camera or ACDSee?
