I have been using first beta, but when I downloaded second beta, it does not send me the unlock code and so will expire in 1 day unless I get help! I have asked for the code frequently and 'confirmed' but nothing arrives in my mail.

Did you uninstall Beta 1?
Uninstall the beta you have, and re-install Beta 1. When you get the email to confirm the registration, just install Beta 2, and it should not ask you to reguster. and the expiry will be the same as Beta 1, October 31st.

Thank you Chippy, for your reply. I have uninstalled my copy of Beta 2, but now I can't see anywhere to download Beta 1! Should I not simply download Beta 2 again?
Sorry to be so slow!

I'm in the same boat. Filled in the information correctly but never got an unlock email. I no longer have a copy of the beta 1 installer so I guess I'm out of luck unless you can give me a link to the original beta. Seems like a pretty important bug to fix quickly!
For the record the way I went about installing beta 2 was the following:
1. uninstalled beta 1 first
2. downloaded and installed beta 2
Thanks!

It doesn't work. Every time I select a photo and click process, it shuts down. I have installed it several times with the same response each time. I am going to take Einstein's advice unless someone has something else to offer.

I did get it to install and not give me the 2-day time limit, but it still doesn't work. See my 7:57 post just before this one.

I can not install the 2nd Beta. "Error 1402 Could not open key........."
When I try to uninstall Beta 1, I get the exact same message.

ACDSee support has not responded to my issue and the beta will no longer work because I was never sent the email to unlock it (even though the information entered in the form was correct) so I'm just going to uninstall it. Kind of funny that beta 1 worked fine for me and beta 2 which is supposed to be all about bug fixes and stability doesn't even get past square 1. In the brief time I was able to use beta 2 it did appear to have improved performance, however, it still crashed way too easily.

I was quite happily trying Beta 1 and wish I had never downloaded Beta 2 as now I cannot use either. Surely there has been enough shouting about this failure to alert them to the problem. Their failure to fix it does not fill me with confidence about Pro 3. Perhaps we should be trying Corel Pro X2 instead?

Hello all,
We are looking into this. As the Community Manager, I can see the email addresses you've created your memberships with. Can you Private Message me and confirm the email addresses you're using to try unlock Beta 3? Oh and feel free to spread the word. I really want to get to the bottom of this.
