Can't get coupon to upgrade

    I have owned Pro 2.5 since January 2008. When I log into my profile, it shows an older version (not pro). I tried to register my Pro 2.5 and I get a response that's the serial number is either invalid or I already registered it.

    The bottom line is I can't get the discount coupon for Pro owners. What so you recommend?

    Probably best to contact customer support direct and give them your serial number and invoice details. I'm sure they will help you. Company support don't normally come up on these forums, its basically at user support forum.

    Thanks for the advice. I wasn't sure if this was a problem for other Pro users. I'll try to contact Customer Support.

    I had the same problem, so checked the ACDSee knowledge base:

    You must (re-)register your ACDSee Pro 2 or 2.5 (whichever) here:

    http://www.acdsee.com/support/onlineregistration.

    You will then get an email confirmation of your registration with a coupon code number on the same email.

    The price with Pro registration and upgrade for Pro 3 is $89.24 US  or $99.74 CAD.

    I think I'm going to pay ACDSee in US funds, as it is cheaper after the credit card conversion to CAD $ than buying straight from CAD $.  Save a few bucks.

    I still can't re-register my Pro 2.5 I get a message stating "The license code provided is invalid or has already been registered". When I log in it only shows

    <h2>ACDSee 8 Standard</h2>

    I've owned Pro 2.5 since January 2008. Is the "coupon" for prior Pro owners a code or an actual coupon? If a code is it generic and can someone send it to me? I'm having absolutely no luck with "Customer Support". I finally got a phone number for the main office but they are closed on the weekends.

    Its a code, but I would think it's generated for each user so once it's used thats it. Try sending a pm to Melanie, she may be able to sort thing out for you - after the weekend
