ACDSee Pro 2.5 not seeing CR2 RAW files

    Hi all,

    I just got a Canon SX1 is and I see that Pro 2.5 does not display the CR2 RAW files that come out of it though the help files claim it should. Anyone successfully seeing images from this camera?

    All CR2 files are not the same - you need to verify that your particular camera is supported.  I don't see the SX1 on the list of supported cameras.  But hopefully it will be in the future - it might help to contact Support abut this (link at top left of this page).
