I've installed v2.5 and when I attempt to run the program, I never get a main screen (or error message, or anything). I can see the program in Task Manager, but it's using 0% CPU and never displays the main screen. I have uninstalled completely and reinstalled, but still have the same issue. Is anyone else having similar problems?

Could you please file a support ticket with this issue even if you are just using the trial.
Please include further information about your computer:
CPU, Windows, Service Pack, graphics card.

- ATI Radeon Pro 9800 with latest ATI Catalyst drivers
- P4 3.4Ghz
- 1Gb RAM

Did you install v2.5 as a clean install or was it an update to v.2.0?
Can you give any more details why you think this problem could happen to you?
Maybe we can help you if you provide more information.
