ACDSee Photo Manager 2009 does not appear to work with vista

    I purchased ACDSee Photo Manager 2009 this week and installed it. I have yet to get it to work. It crashes when ever it starts and I have uninstalled and re-installed it. I am running Windows Vista SP1 Home Premium on an Intel Core Duo CPU E7400 2.80Ghz 64-bit operating system. It also crashes when I click on an image in windows explore. Please help.

    Awalker -   There's no generic problem with PM 2009 and Vista x32 or x64.  I run both as do lots of other Members.  So, you have something specific to your system that's causing the problem, and it's going to take more info. for any of the Forum Members to help diagnose it.  Could you provide some more details about your "crashes"?  Exactly what happens?  How far does the startup get? Etc. Etc.

    I can tell you that some users have had odd things happen based on their "My Pictures" settings.  Be sure when you post back to describe exactly what your My Pictures location is.
