I am a interior designer .there are numerous pics in my computer and hard disks . (IN computer: common-use pics. IN hard disks: one park is the copy of the computer , the other is the uncommon-use resourses).
I aways edit ,classify and update my computer picture resourses by adding EXIF and IPTC informations. And in my hard disks ,there is no any changs synchronicly ( I mean to the copy part). so ,I try to use ACDSEE`s "sync wizard" function to make the two synchronicly. But,I come to realize the "sync wizard" function can not update my hard disk resourses synchronicly. please give me a help!
ACDSEEs biggest function to me is her picture classification. But, in our real working life, my and my colleguess usual affiliction are two : 1, Although we can classify pics with the "organize" and "ratings" function, this function is too simply ,cant come to our complex demands. In reality ,we use the "organize","ratings" just for the short term due to its tiny items. and in the long term we usually change the pics EXIT & IPTC informations. Another reason we dont like using the "organize"&"ratings" is that once we reinstall the XP system, the classifications we organized before were lost although we has made a copy of the datebase. This damage is huge. To this problem or similar, if you have a good settlement, please email me fine970407@yahoo.com.cn . 2, (is relate to the former "1" ). In case of the "1" has resolved, the succeeded problem is how to make a synchronization between computer and harddisks about pics`s EXIF & IPTC information.
