    Hi

    I'd like the ability to add borders and/or pictures frames to photo's in ACDSee8 ?

    ACDSee Pro has a Vignette filter that frames images.

    I agree with zanemc (I mean ACDSee8 Photo Manager version).

    Although I use ACDSee Pro and like the Vignette feature, agreeing it can help in some cases, a dedicated Framing tool would be very welcome.
