From Finder's Go menu, choose Go to Folder</p> <p>2. type in <strong>~/Library/</strong></p> <p>3. Delete the ACD Systems subfolder from the Application Support folder</p> <p>4. I already tried to delete and reinstall but that gave No Joy. Below are some screen captures of the problems the program reports.
