This when I just created a new one using the provided 'new' button. And while I'm at it, why a 'new' button here, and a 'save' button in the screen before next to the 'choose import settings' and 'organize settings' pulldowns? So in other words, the setting is only saved until you hit the Esc key. Next time when quickview launches, it opens in windowd mode again.</p> <p>The other issue which I believe has been raised before, is the lack of ability to exit the Quickviewer completely from fullscreen mode with one press of the Esc key.&nbsp; At the moment it needs to be pressed twice to exit completely. This defeats the whole point of a quickview function. I can see that it does most of what Lightroom does very well, but its a real shame that this basic function has been neglected so badly. For me the main strength of ACDSee was assigning categories to my entire image collection; including emf, wmf, pdf etc. It doesn't even preview ai (illustrator)&nbsp;files. In all ACDsee had jumped ship to the amateur/semi-pro photography market.
